Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cosino platform available at cosino.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "cosino," or "we"), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) cosino account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. cosino reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

cosino offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty reward redemptions. All cosino bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on cosino — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, and crash games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or physical equipment (in the case of live dealer games) that has been independently audited for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or network interruption during a game round, cosino reserves the right to void the affected round and return any staked amount to the player's wallet. Account Suspension & Closure

• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes.
• Age or identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, cosino reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including deposits made in connection with the prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

cosino's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy
